True Woman -- Chattanooga 2010

Last month, Entrusted Ministries had the privilege of being a sponsor at the True Woman Conference held in Chattanooga, TN.  As a team, we were blessed by the many speakers at the event, and also with the opportunity to meet women from all over the country as we introduced many of them to our Moms’ curriculum and our new book for couples and small groups.

We also had the pleasure of meeting up with Dawn Mulroney who has led an Entrusted group in her neighborhood, first in the Florida Keys, and now in Chattanooga. This is her current group joined by Betsy Corning at the Chattanooga event.



Here's what Dawn had to say about Entrusted:

“’What does the Bible say about that?’  I want to train my mind and the mind of my children to automatically ask that question.  What a joy and relief it is to have a book that answers questions about the overwhelming subject of parenting and family.  I have facilitated several groups of women using “Entrusted with a Child’s Heart.”   Its principles, totally based on God’s Word, have healed my friends’ marriages.  I have watched new believers mature in their understanding and handling of the Scriptures.  We have fallen in love with our homes and our children.  Most precious to me is the confirmation that God’s Word is more than enough…the only thing I can entrust my family with.

My last group had 9 mothers and 32 children.  We went from house to house and a park a time or two.  The older children (10 to 13 year olds) policed the younger.  No one was allowed to bleed.   An off shoot from that group now meets so I can teach them how to study God’s Word.  So many of my girls get excited about realizing that the Word is applicable to our daily life after taking 'Entrusted' that they want to know what the Word says about other things…anything! 

I am pretty militant about studying the Word before the next greatest book or study out there.  The only reason I can advocate 'Entrusted' is because it just takes principles from the Word…no human or worldly wisdom…I LOVE THAT!  Thank you for sharing this Godly wisdom with us, Betsy." -- Dawn
