When packing your kids' things for a trip or vacation, consider placing each day's outfit (including hair pretties, socks, undies, pants/shorts, shirt) in a large ziplock bag. Each evening, you just pull out the next day's bag for each child. They can place today's dirty clothes in the bag after taking tomorrow's clean clothes out. This ensures that the hotel room or family member's house stays tidy, and you can manage to get everyone's things back home without clothes getting lost! It also helps you to know which is the clean laundry and which is the dirty laundry when you get back home.

You may also want to keep a "travel toiletries" ziploc bag packed for every family member. You can invest in trial size toiletry items for each person and keep them from trip to trip. When you arrive home, collect everyone's "travel toiletries" ziploc and store them in one small travel size suitcase. They will be all ready to go for next time!
