For All Orders
Please take care to order only the materials you will use as we are unable to offer refunds for over-purchased curriculum. You can always order additional curriculum as needed and we will ship items to you promptly. If you should receive a defective item, please call us within 30 days to receive a replacement.
For Nonprofit Ministries within Illinois
If you are a church or other nonprofit ministry and you reside
within the state of Illinois, please follow these steps to avoid being
charged sales tax:
- Fax your tax exempt status letter to 847-741-6684. Upon receipt of this confirmation, we will then be able to process your order.
- Call us at 630-883-0862 to place your order.
- Have your credit card ready for payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
Note: If you have ordered from us previously and we already have this letter on file, you do not need to send it again.
SHIPPING DETAILS
Within the United States
All orders are shipped within 24 - 48 hours via Fed Ex Ground. We recommend you allow 5-7 business days for receipt of your materials.
Shipping to Canada (and other countries)
We do ship to Canada as well as to many other countries. Please call us at 630-883-0862 to place your order and to determine shipping costs. (Allow 4 to 8 weeks for delivery, depending on location.)
