Ministry Timeline

1998

• Betsy is asked to start charter Mom’s Ministry at her home church using various curriculum.

1999

• Entrusted with a Child’s Heart is born out of years of previous study and application. It is written week to week during the course of the ministry year and taught to over 300 women. Betsy’s son Luke sends the needed Power Point presentations of the study from college in Miami, Ohio.

2000

• Entrusted is first recorded on audio cassette.

2001

• First edition of Entrusted class notebooks is printed on two home printers.

2002

• First professional printing of Entrusted notebooks.

2003

• Entrusted expands beyond Betsy’s home church using the audio cassette tapes.

• Scripture Memory cards are added to the curriculum and the verses are set to original music, composed and recorded by Anne Green.

• First Entrusted Leadership Training event is offered.

2004

• Nancy McDonaugh officially joins the Entrusted team after years of faithful volunteering.

• Entrusted with a Child’s Heart is filmed as a DVD series to be shared with other churches.

• By the end of this year, Entrusted is being used in Italy, Guatemala, Senegal, New Zealand, Australia, Haiti, Mexico, Canada, and China – six continents!

2005

• Thirty-five new ministries begin using the DVD series Entrusted with a Child's Heart

2006

• Second printing of Notebooks

• Chinese translation completed

2007

• Entrusted Ministries becomes a 501(c)3 not-for-profit ministry

• For the first time all components of the Entrusted curriculum are available to outside churches: DVDs, Audio CDs, Notebooks, Scripture Memory cards, and Scripture Memory CDs.

2008

• After years of volunteering, Joanie Wagner joins the Entrusted team.

2009

• With a desire to reach dads as well as moms, Entrusted with a Child's Heart Book for Couples is completed.

2010

• Sixth edition of Notebook is completed with 60 additional pages of biblical teaching on marriage and family life.

• Newly updated Scripture Memory CD is composed and recorded by Josh Caterer.

• Entrusted is a sponsor at three "True Woman Conferences" in Chattanooga, Indianapolis and Fort Worth, partnering with Nancy Leigh DeMoss and Revive our Hearts.

2011

• Romanian Translation of Entrusted is completed.

• Entrusted resources are now offered on Amazon.com.

• Popularity of the Entrusted Book grows as couples’ groups across the country begin using this new format.

• 2nd edition Entrusted with a Child's Heart (softcover book) printed!

•  Revive our Hearts featured Entrusted Ministries in a weeklong series of interviews with Nancy Leigh DeMoss.

• Dave and Betsy Corning spent two weeks in Thailand sharing Entrusted with a Child's Heart with key leaders from several Asian countries. They led workshops and counseled many families.

• Entrusted Ministries featured on Moody Radio Ministry of the Week.
